The only way for our program to work is for each of us to pitch in. We are all required to like and comment on at least two of each others Facebook posts each week. (If they have 2 posts). That's 20 comments and 20 likes on Facebook in all. More is better.

We invite our members to share Facebook posts when they feel it is appropriate. We also invite our members to comment, like and share on other Social Networks, but it is not required.
Remember, the more you put in, the more you'll get out.
